Our office is happy to announce we are resuming routine patient care with safety protocols in place.
-We ask that prior to entering the office; please call 773-237-4774 from your car. We will ask you a series of COVID-19 questions, and then
instruct you on when to enter the office. We will also be taking your temperature.
-We have dramatically reduced appointments to limit the number of patients in the office at a given time.
-We will be disinfecting patient contact areas before and after each patient.
-For the health and safety of our patients and staff *we require that you wear a mask.*
-Window pickup for glasses and/or contact lenses are available during this time as well. We will continue to offer contact lens ordering with direct
shipping to your home.
-We ask that only the patient come into the office, all other guests must wait outside (exceptions for those who need their guardian or parent).
